Guidelines for Web Master
The Web Master’s responsibility to the Wisconsin Rehabilitation Association (WRA) is to keep the web site running appropriately, post items as submitted, and to follow the directions of the Web Site Coordinator as liaison to the Board.

Communication to the Web Master coming from the WRA board or any other member of WRA should be copied to the Web Site Coordinator. The Coordinator will respond to those communications as they feel appropriate and necessary.

The Web Master is not responsible for any of the information that is placed on the web site. Any information that the Web Master feels is not accurate, or that may place WRA in some kind of jeopardy, shall be discussed with the Coordinator, but should be placed on the web site pending a final decision.

The Web Master is a contracted provider of services to WRA and a copy of the contract will be held by the WRA President or a representative appointed by the President and reviewed as needed.

Termination of the Web Master is completed through a vote by the WRA Board and a new Web Master will be identified prior to completion of the contract.

The Web site design will remain the property of WRA and an electronic copy of the information regarding the Web Site will be turned over to WRA upon request.

In the event that the Web Master terminates their contract with WRA, in addition to the electronic information, a list of steps to accomplish minor modifications to the web site will be provided to the Web Site Coordinator.
