NRAJPD Chapter  (also JPD)
NRAJPD-What is it?

The National Rehabilitation Association of Job Placement and Development (NRAJPD) is a division of the National Rehabilitation Association (NRA). NRAJPD serves individuals and organizations whose efforts are directed toward competitive or selective placement of persons with disabilities. NRAJPD seeks to enhance those efforts by exchanging ideas, increasing understanding, identifying goals and cooperative action. These and other projects are approached on a nationwide basis, through a strong NRAJPD regional and state network.

NRAJPD's Purpose

To advance employment for all persons with disabilities through the identification and dissemination of information to enhance the skills of placement and other rehabilitation professionals.

Who's Eligible to Join?

Membership in this division is open to any person or group that is a member of NRA, is interested in the placement of persons with disabilities, and who wishes to participate in an organization striving to improve every aspect of the placement process.

Why Join?

NRAJPD offers a great opportunity to network with other placement and rehabilitation professionals. Membership in the national organization also includes membership in the regional and state organization.

NRAJPD Philosophy

NRAJPD's policies are straightforward:
  1. To promote the improvement of placement opportunities for persons with disabilities and
  2. To cooperate with other organizations and professions to achieve the maximum potential of employees with disabilities.

If NRAJPD sounds like your kind of organization, please consider joining. Please contact Ava Gray, NRAJPD Wisconsin Chapter president, if you are interested in joining. (715) 848-4585 or agray@norcen.org
